ABSTRACT
The researchers aims to know the effects of good communication skills among
students. Communication skills is very important essential as ABM students here in
Jose Rizal University, because it is one of the key for them to gain their
confidence to cope up with the challenges of an ABM students.
According to Skills you need, being able to communicate effectively is the most
important of all life skills. It separate us with other specie in this world, although
there are some who can communicate, but the communication skills we have
as a person is more wider than to them, so we must improve it always as time
goes by, as we grow, we must be more good in communication skills.
Now, as a senior high school student, and a graduating student, they must know
how to communicate professionally, because sooner they will be one of them.

4. What are the ways to improve the communication skills of Accountancy and
Business Management students?
METHODOLOGY:
B. Instrument
The questionnaire will be the major instrument used in this study so that we are
secure despondence to certain questions. The questionnaire that was used in
this study was designed to obtain information on the effects of the
psychological factors being neglected /despoiled by others.
C. Statistical Treatment
One-way ANOVA
Researchers used one-way ANOVA as treatment to the gathered data, for them
to extract the result. The researchers aim to know the effects of good
communication skills among Accountancy and Business Management students,
focusing to the effects of good communication skills only, that’s why they used
one-way ANOVA to come up with the result.
Questionnaire
Researchers asked questions to know the age and sex of the students, and for
them to tell if they have good or bad communication skills.
