MR. VIJAY BHOJU PAYTIL S/o BHOJU DNYANU PATIL, Hindu, adult, aged about 40 years,
an indian inhabitant of Mumbai, do hereby declare today 19th day of March, 2018 on solemn
affirmation under :-

1) Mr VIJAY BHOJU PATIL (KARTA) Age 40 Yrs.

2) Mrs. SANDHYA VIJAY PATIL (Karta’s Wife)
3) Master HARSHAVARDHAN VIJAY PATIL (Karta’s Son)

That myself my wife amnd my somn constitute a joint and undivided Hindu Family in as much
as we are Joint Food And Worship. I am the Karta and member of the same joint and Undivided
Hindu Family styled.

typing Institute ,Station road, Vikhroli (East) Mumbai- 400 083.

I say and declare that I [osdsess separtate self acquired movable and immovable properties.

That out of my aforesaid separate andself acquired property, I am impressed a sum of Rs, 1001/-
(Rupees One thousand and one only) In cash, withthe character of Joint Hindu Family property
and handling overall my individual rights in the said amount.

I further say and delcare that I have npo retained any personal interest of any kind in the above
amount which belongds absolutely to the joint and Undivided Hindu Family.

That I shall manager this frund on behalf of the said fjoint anfd undivided joint Hindu Family in
mhcapacity as Karta and Manager of the saifd Family i.e.VIJAY BHOJU PATIL – HUF.
