7:00 am
1 cup sugar free tea + 1-2
Marie biscuits

8:30 am (BREAKFAST)
1 plate upma or oat meal
+ half bowl sprouted
grains + 100 ml cream
free milk without sugar

10:30 am
1 small fruit or 1 cup thin
or sugar free buttermilk
or lemon

12:30 pm (LUNCH)
2 roti of mixed flour, 1
bowl rice, 1 bowl yogurt,
½ cup soyabean or cheese
vegetable, ½ bowl green
vegetable, 1 plate salad

4:00pm
1 cup tea without sugar +
1-2 less sugar biscuits or
toast

6:00pm
1 cup soup

8:00 pm (DINNER)
2 roti of mixed flour, 1
bowl rice, ½ bowl green
vegetable, 1 plate salad

When you feel hungry,


intake raw vegetables,
salad, soups, thin
buttermilk, lemon water
or 2-3 marie biscuits
Strictly avoid molasses,
sugars, honey, sweets, dry
fruits.
