1. Service Agreement should be made on Rs. 100 stamp paper.(could be multiple stamp papers with value
totaling to Rs. 100)
2. Each page of the Surety Agreement have to be signed by both surety and candidate
3. Location of agreement to be updated as “Mumbai” (Page 1)
4. Date of agreement should be updated as “Date of Joining“ (Page 1)
5. Surety should be an income tax payee (having paid tax in the current or previous Assessment year)
6. The provisions for land deed and fixed deposit as surety are not valid
7. Four signatures (two from surety and two from candidate) required at appropriate places on page 5.
(Sample given below)
8. ITR /form 16 documents of surety should be provided as proof of paying tax (Tax paid should not be zero).
9. The ITR /Form 16 document should be of the current or previous assessment year (AY 2017-18 or 2018-19)
10. Self-attested Copy of PAN card of Surety to be submitted on date of joining
11. Surety verification page to be signed by surety and attested by notary or Gazetted officer
12. Self- Attested copy of Surety passport can be given as an alternative for surety verification page.
Please note that the Surety’s passport is an alternative for Surety verification page alone. Surety’s PAN card and
surety’s proof of paying tax are to be submitted mandatorily
1. Value of stamp paper used should not to be less than Rs 100 (could be multiple stamp papers with value
totaling to Rs 100)
2. Notary sign and seal should be present on each and every page
3. Candidate sign should be present on each page of non-criminal affidavit
4. Some part of the text of the Non-criminal affidavit has to be printed on the first page which has the stamp imprint
( first page)
5. Doctor’s Sign and seal is to be present across candidate’s photograph on the Medical Certificate.
6. Candidate should sign at appropriate place at the bottom of page one of medical certificate.
1. Any medical conditions /disability/ pre-existing illness etc should be declared specifically
2. Doctor to specifically declare that the candidate is physically fit
3. Doctor's seal and signature should be present on page two at the appropriate place
2. How do you get from the Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand to the TCS provided accommodation?
Non Pre –mapped batches: One day prior to the joining date accommodation will be assigned to
the all non pre-mapped associates. They can reach the accommodation from the Airport/Railway
Station/Bus Stand by commercial, state transportation or private cab services.
Pre mapped batches: They can reach the accommodation from the Airport/Railway Station/Bus
stand by commercial, state transportation or private cab services.
3. How do you commute from accommodation to the training Center?
Non Pre –mapped batches: Company will arrange transportation to pick up and drop, from the
TCS provided accommodation to the Training centre and back.
Pre mapped batches, Every ILP centre across India is well connected by commercial and state
transportation and with private cab services.
7. Can I stay with my parents for 2 days till the date of my joining?
Non Pre –mapped batches: Yes, you can. Please note that you have to reach the office at 8.30
am sharp on the day of joining.
Non Pre –mapped batches: Failure to be present at office on time on the day of joining will not
be appreciated.
11. During my ILP training, am I allowed to visit my parents/family members? Can I stay away from
the accommodation with my relatives in the city during the weekends?
Non Pre –mapped batches: Yes, only during weekends you are allowed to visit, provided you
abide by the accommodation check in times.
Non Pre –mapped batches: Yes, you can, but you have to take permission from the Admin Lead
at the centre and inform the facility Manager at Accommodation.
