I have heard that you are in need of a teacher. I wish to apply for the position of Math
Teacher in your institution. I believe that your school would give me the opportunity to
learn more things in my chosen field and that it would hone my teaching skills further. I
am confident that my skills would be an asset to students' learning and development.

I have an Education degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics

from the Southern Philippines Agri-business and Marine and Aquatic School of
Technology (SPAMAST-CAS). I have experience as a part-time Mathematics tutor in
elementary and high school students of different levels for almost 1 year. As a teacher,
my main goal is to motivate students to do their best in order for them to reach their full
potential. I believe that my greatest teaching strength is my ability to understand and
relate to students’ unique needs and interests and facilitating them to learn and to be
persons with values and character. I teach students not just the subject matter itself but
also high moral values, for them to become a better person someday.
