1. Reference: Memorandum from RD, PRO9 “Conduct of COMELEC Checkpoint


Operations for 2019 Midterm Elections” dated January 13, 2019.

2. Please be informed, that on or about 9:00 AM of June 2, 2019,


personnel of this office led by PEMS Allen Jones Pioquinto under direct
supervision of PMaj Jade Gultiano Mandi, Chief MPG, conducted
COMELEC Checkpoint Operation along J.Johnston St., Baliwasan
Tabuk, Zamboanga City in compliance with the above stated reference.

3. As a result, said personnel were able to check 80 Motor vehicles,


issue 3 citation tickets and confiscate 3 driver’s licenses for violation of
traffic rules/regulations committed by the motorists.

4. The said activity ended at around 10:00 AM of said date and no


untoward incident happened.

5. Acknowledge receipt.

1. Reference: Memorandum from RD, PRO9 “Intensification of Security Measures”


dated October 18, 2018

2. Please be informed, that on or about 8:00 AM of June 2, 2019,


Counter Strike 3 of this office led by PCpl Rogelio Y Corsame under direct
supervision of PMaj Jade Gultiano Mandi, Chief MPG, was deployed at
Taha wharf, Baliwasan Seaside purposely to conduct Checkpoint Operation
in consonant with the directives from the higher Headquarters re
““Reinvigorated Patrol System of Counter Strike Units”. Further,
intensified campaign involves the casing of suspicious individuals,
apprehension of criminals and confiscation of prohibited items held by
lawless elements present in the area and serves as preventive measure from
the possibility of the commission of crime.

3. As a result, said counter strike was able to check 100 motor


vehicles.

4. Said activity ended at around 12:00 NN of said date and no


untoward incident happened.

5. Request acknowledge receipt.

2. Please be informed, that on or about 10:00 AM of June 2, 2019,


personnel of this office composed of 5 Counter Strike Units led by PEMS
Allen Jones Pioquinto under direct supervision of PMaj Jade Gultiano
Mandi, Chief MPG, were deployed at different strategic locations in the area
of Mobile Patrol Group (MPG) purposely to conduct Counter Strike
Operations in consonant with the directives from the higher Headquarters re
““Reinvigorated Patrol System of Counter Strike Units”. Further,
intensified campaign involves the casing of suspicious individuals,
apprehension of criminals and confiscation of prohibited items held by
lawless elements present in the area and serves as preventive measures
from the possibility of the commission of crime.

3. As a result, said counter strike were able to check 120 motor


vehicles with 15 sorties.

4. Said activity ended at around 4:00 PM of said date and no


untoward incident happened.

individuals, apprehension of criminals and confiscation of prohibited items
held by lawless elements present in the area and serves as preventive
measures from the possibility of the commission of crime.

prohibited items held by drag racers present in the area and serves as
preventive measures for the possible commission of the crime.
