Marketing duties:

1. Collaborate with the manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy;
2. Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation;
3. Work closely with sales department;
4. Create marketing materials such as presentations, emailer, and brochures;
5. Track leads;
6. Organise market research;
7. Analyse questionnaires and other forms of feedback;
8. Update social media accounts;
9. Understand, learn and manage with the main activity of the company such as sale and rental
of property;
10. Maintain customer records, using the company system;
11. Solicit and compile listings of available sale projects and properties for rent and for sale;
12. Perform market analysis on a regular basis to better understand, anticipate and respond to
customer needs;
13. To set up a network of contacts;
14. Create marketing campaigns (dealing with Gunho, Bluefish and Ebox);
15. Create and develop new ways to communicate the company message to existing customers;
16. Evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities;
17. Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales;
18. Research and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other
information that affects marketing strategies;
19. Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and
promotional activities;

20. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and deals displays;


1. Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales team;
2. Prepare, format and edit a range of documentation;
3. Understand and document the company regarding government real estate rent & sales
regulations for the resident and foreign customers (Application with EDB);
4. Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing
statements, deeds and leases;
5. Liaise with third parties (banks, investment advisors, authorities, etc) on KYC and compliance
issues;
6. Ongoing review of files;
7. Assist client with CRP documents;
8. Assist client queries;
1. Conduct application for GFA with bank;
2. Send proposal letters to clients;
3. Update annotations notary plans on Adobe PDF;
4. Send Call of Funds on a regular basis to clients;
5. Tracking of clients’ payment (Call of Funds, Buyer’s Variation and others);
