Description & Role

I am currently working as Microsoft application consultant in Bafflesol


Technologies at Gurgaon and deputed on a project for one of our esteemed
client ‘Evalueserve’ where end to end implementation is currently rollingout.

Before joining Bafflesol, I worked for almost an year or more with Awoval
technologies Solutions at Inderpuram. Mosty I was deplyed at one of the client
of ATS at client site TGIF supporting financial management, fixed asset,
and SCM module in diffent teams.

I am basically a commerce graduate who have done masters in commerce


and have also completed professional degree in business management and
administration (MBA-IT as specialization). When I was persuing my
Masters, I have been doing financial products consulting work for more than two
years with Reliance Insurance Ltd.
I wish to gow my career as an techno-functional IT specialist in the area of ERP
and business intellegence. I zeal to continuously struggle for excellence and
have proven learning skills.

Project Details
Jan 2017 – Untill now Dynamics AX 2012 rollout at Evalueserve ( ERP Project in India)

Assignment Name: AX 2012 rollout and integration with their intranet portal at
Evalueserve.

Brief Description about the Assignment: This assignment is about integrating AX 2012
with portal based existing solution and then doing of more enhancement in portal
functionality. Project is going on from last many 11 months and I have been hired to work
on the same. My role in this project is to work as assistant functional consultant to support
project manager during design devlopment and implementation of HR and financial
module as per the new requirements.

The idea of the solution is that entire processes of Evalueserve needs to be automated but it
should be seamless to the user experience who are using .Net based intranet solution. There
fore we have implemented Dynamics AX for most of the business process and all
processing is done at ERP but presentation layer is at portal.

My role in the project is to work as functional consultant and handle the deliveries of two
main area, HR & Finance. In HR module we have mapped and customized HR
department’s requirements into AX as core processing engine and same is integrated with
portal for user interaction & reporting.

In HR module, we are dealing with everything related to the hiring till firing of any
employee. The processes that are covered includes:

- Process of publishing a job opportunity for a candidate initiated at portal


- Its TRF generation, approval, processing and puphishing it at portal
- Pre screening of the applications and its desposal
- Handeling internal as well as external application and its desposal.
- Candidate shortlisting and interview end to end process
- Business approval for the recruitment or transfer to another department
- Hiring of a worker full process till appointment to joining.
- Policies endorsement
- Background varification of the candidate
- Transfer process
- Resignation handling till exit interview
- NOC policies etc are few of the area I worked

In Finance module, we are basically dealing with budgetory process and its control.
However various financial setup like legal entities and sub entities etc were already in
place.My roles is involved in creattion and bugfixing of ledger precessing; couple of items
I have worked with during this project are as below:

- Chart of accounts configuation


- Sub entities and company setup
- Financial dimention setup & posting related bugs fixes
- Configuration of budget module with seniors in configuring parameters
- Configuring budget scenerios,
- workflow setup connected to financial dimension and its testing

Mostly I am supporting testing team to have error free deliveries in financial area.
2015-2017 Dynamics AX implementation of retail/HR/financial module of TGIF

TGIF (Thank God its Friday) is a chain of restaurants all over the world and the project I
worked with them was AX 2012 implementation of retail and financial module of as our
clients in Delhi. This project started in the end on 2015 when I started as ERP
trainee/consultant at Awoval technologies Inderpuram.

In TGIF project my role was to support financial management, including fixed asset,
inventory and certain part of SCM module in differnt teams. I worked as ERP advisor
closely interacted with client responsible for tool demo, documentation and
implementation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

I have intermediate level of product knowledge Dynamics AX 2012 R3 hence I was


deployed to support senior consultant & test lead who were handling main deliveries from
ATS side. My role in the project was to work under main functional consultant to support
him in various setup activities like

- currency setup/
- charts of account setup /
- posting profiles & dimensions setup /
- Item and BOM setup,
- employee and AP module setup
- Demo and functionality documentation,
- training to user groups & demonstration activities during implementation.
