I/we request brick Work rating Pvt Ltd (BWR) to provide “ Due Diligence Report” of our Business unit.

I/We undertake to furnish all the information and clarification as required by BWR during the process of due
diligence within a reasonable period of time.

I/we undertake to provide true and correct information and undertake not to conceal or withheld any material
information.

I/we declare that , I/we have no objection to BWR sharing our due diligence report with our lending banks.

I/we declare that I/we have no objection to BWR sharing our diligence report with our lending banks.

The fee for the proposed due diligence report is payable as per the applicable rate along with service tax. The
fees is non refundable. The fees shall be paid by the client along with the request to canara bank. Entries fees
shall be paid by the bank on Getting the due diligence report from BWR.
