previously notified regarding your child’ s attendance problem. We are bringing this to your attention
because, your child has surpassed the number of absences allowed for the school year and want to
avoid any further unnecessary absences for the remainder of the school year. Furthermore, you have
agreed that if your child will not attend the class by the following days upon agreement he will be
automatically dropped to all of his subjects.
