Your springboard to a successful career The Volvo Group International
Graduate Programme is tailor-made for new graduates. We are looking for highly
qualified talents with a passion for driving development and an uncompromising
attitude to personal growth.
It’s a global programme with positions all over the world. When accepted, you will
be offered a position at one of the companies within the Volvo Group. The programme
includes different learning activities at the home department, an international
assignment and three weeks of common training sessions with the global graduate
group. We offer you the chance to experience the world, a toolbox for planning
a successful career and networking opportunities that last a lifetime.
