The testimony of the witness is offered to prove the following:

1. She was present at Raw-an Point Elementary School, Baroy,

Lanao del Norte, particularly at the _____________ on
______________, 2014 together with ________________ at around
_______________;

2. Aside from this witness, among those who were present were
_____________________, and that she has not seen
________________ in the said place;

Witness will identify her judicial affidavit and she will testify on some
matters relative to this case.

PRELIMINARIES

The person examining me is Atty. Rodulfo D. Dacalos, Jr. which was

conducted at Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte. I am answering his
questions fully conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal
liability for false testimony and perjury.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q1. Good day, Madam Witness. Why are you here today?

A. I am here today, sir, so that I could give my truthful testimony
and to refute the allegation and testimony of ______________ that she
was allegedly present during the incident which took place on
_________________ at Raw-an Point Elementary School.

nga salaysay ug aron i-negar and pasangil ug saysay ni

Q3. Are you familiar with the instant case Madam witness?
(Nakasuhito ba ka ninang maong buroka, Ginang saksi?)
A. Yes, of course because I was present when the incident
happened, when the accused uttered the defamatory words against Mrs.
Dolauta.
(Oo, kay naa man ko pagkahitabo, katong pagsulti sa
makauuwaw nga pulong batok ni Mam Edna Dolauta.)

Q4. And that incident that you were referring to was the incident that
took place on ____________ which is now the issue in the instant case?

A. Yes.

Q5. You mentioned a while ago that you are to refute the allegation
of witness _______________, for the prosecution, that she was present
on ______________ at the _________ of Raw-an Point Elementary
School; do you confirm that?

A. Yes.

Q6. Do you know this witness?

A. Yes, of course.

Q7. Why do you know her?

(Nganong kaila man ka niya?)
A. I know her because we live in the same barangay and she also
worked for the accused, Al Jean Bravo, as house helper.
 (Kaila ko oi kay nagpuyo ra mi sa maong baranggay unya nag
trabaho sad na siya sa balay sa akusado nga si Aljean Bravo isip
katabang.)

Q8. How did you know that she worked for the accused?
(Nganong nakabawo man ka nga nagtrabaho na siya sa balay
sa akusado?)
A. Of course, everybody saw her in the barangay that she worked as
a house helper in the residence of the accused.
(Kabawo kaayo kay ang tanan sa baranggay gani kabawo nga
nagtrabaho na siya isip katabang sa balay sa akusado.)

Q9. How can you prove that?

(Unsaon man nimo na pagpamatood?)
A. As I have said, everybody knew it at that time. In fact, at the time
of the incident, while I was going to school, I saw her at the house of the
accused when I passed by.
(Sama sa akong giingon, ang tanan nakabawo atong
panahona. Gani, atong adlaw sa pagkahitabo, samtang padulong ko sa
eskwelahan sa akong bata, nakita pa man gani na nako siya sa balay sa
akusado paglabay nako.)

Q10. Are you sure of that? Because she testified that she ended
working with the accused before the incident took place.
(Makasiguro ka ana? Kay ingon siya nga ni-undang na kuno
siya ug panarbaho sa balay sa akusado sa wa pa nahitabo tong incidente.)
A. Yes, I am very sure of that. Why would I lie? What she testified
in court was false.
(Oo, sigurado kaayo. Nganong mamakak man ko? Bakak man
tong iyang giingon diri sa korte.)

Q11. So what can you say about witness _______________ that she
was in school at the time of the incident?
(Unsa man imong maingon kabahin aning testigoha nga si
________________ nga naa kuno siya sa eskwelahan atong
pagkahitabo?)
A. She lied, because she was never in school.
(Namakak na siya kay wa na siya didto sa eskwelahan.)

Q12. By the way, how did you know about the testimony of
______________?
(Giunsa diay tood nimo pagkahibalo mahitungod sa saysay ni
__________________?
 A. I knew it because the private complaint confronted me and
asked me. She even showed me the judicial affidavit of
_______________.
