1/10/2016 Crane Fault hoist (up/down) break motor (copla) is over heated
break preassure is removed to ensure the continuity of the production
process (with megnt break problem)

2/10/2016 blocks are prepared for furnace rings
3/10/2016 Shade A crane 2 (Tapa CRANE) hook got stuck in the trolly channal
chanal is repaired damaged rope is repaired
4/10/2016 megnet crane alignment problem
loose/ broken bolte are repaired by welding
5/10/2016 HOIST drum and motor coupling failure
coupling pins of motor and drum are repaired
trolly weel aligment is improved by welding loose nuts and bolts
6/10/2016 Regular mentaince of all creane
7/10/2016 megnet crane remote cable is repaired
8/10/2016 panel pipe leakage heat off and repaired in 15 min

15/5/2016 a standby motor is installed on the trolly
25/5/2016 motor fault hoist configration is shifted to standby 20HP motor and faulty
motor is removed for repairing
25/5/2016 A 40 HP repaired motor is installed with no load current of(R_15A/ Y_16A
B_15A) in the peak time shutdown
30/5/2016 HOIST Motor break problem(loose break fault) ,fault is removed
31/5/2016 HOIST Motor break problem(loose break fault) ,break is checked and
fault is recovered
crane remote broken goes out of orde , a new remote is insltalled

1/5/2016 panel pipe leakage heat off and repaired in 15 min
8/5/2016 FEC Tripped due to spark in coil ,carbon removed from sparking spot
and heat is on withen 10min
9/5/2016 FEC is tripped due to fuse blown in FEC converter panal,fuse is changed
withen 35 min
17/5/2016Desizing of the coil due to improper coil support,desizing leads to coil
expension and the EMF effect for rapidly reversing megnetic field
water circulation in ringer pipe is also blocked
new coil is installed along with the necessery installation pakage
18/5/2016coil yoke is over heated due to bypassed water circulation system in the
repaired yoke, more insulation pakage is used between coil and yoke
19/5/2016transformer tripped due to earth fault
