Referring to the above caption, we wish to bring your attention to the matter of Safety & Health Compliance about Wearing
Safety helmet at Bukit Tunku site. Your workers have been found not complying with this Safety & Health Regulation.

Therefore, your company will be fined RM 50.00 for each worker that does not comply with the regulation which adds up to
RM 100. This fined will be deducted from your progress claim accordingly.

We advise that your company should monitor your workers activity more efficiently to avoid the same matter from happening
again.
