We are grateful to the God for the good health and well being that were necessary to
complete this semester.

We wish to express our sincere thanks to the University President and Campus
Director, NSTP Director and NSTP Chairperson for their unparalleled support in
NSTP/ROTC and also for providing us with the necessary facilities for the activity.

We would like to use this opportunity to thank and show our gratitude to all the AFP
Officials who assisted us in the preparation and execution of the activity participated
and help us to take for some pictures for this report.

 PREAMBLE
We the sovereign Filipino people imploring the aid of all mighty God in order to build a

just and humane society and established a government that shall embody our ideals

and aspirations, promote the common good, conserve and develop our patrimony and

secure ourselves and our posterity, the blessings of independence and democracy

under the rule of law and regime of truth, justice, freedom , love , equality, and peace.

 Unit Briefing

The ROTC cadets are being brief by the officers of the ROTC they are
getting ready for the march of the cadets.
 Inspection
The officers of the ROTC are checking the cadets if they are wearing
the proper attire and the complete uniform of the cadets. It is also the
time that they are reminding the cadets the proper discipline as cadet
of the ROTC.
The ROTC medical team is helping the one of the cadets that suffered
from cramps and dizziness.
The medical team of the ROTC Unit is conducting the proper way of rescuing
accidents. They are also making a demo of how should the citizen acts on that
situation.
The ROTC medical team have successfully finished the demo of the
medical process. They received a high grade for the demo they have
demoed the activity efficiently.
The medical team is conducting a demo of helping the wounded
persons.
 Honor
The ROTC cadets are preparing for the honorable march for the
officers of the ROTC and for the ROTC officials.
 Closing remarks

The ROTC official is conducting the closing remarks they also

announced the grade of the ROTC Sta. Cruz unit. They have received a
satisfying grade for they have initiated the demo properly and precise.

Over-all, the Laguna State Polytechnic University – Sta. Cruz Campus

was ranked 3rd in the whole Region IV. The awarding was done last
April 23, 2019 at the H4RCDG, Camp Gen Macario Sakay, Los Banos,
Laguna.
