6. The Ancillaries fitment will be in the same factory or by third party?

restriction to OOMCO in gathering the information about the product,

9. Vendor must provide a certificate proof that he is producing a quality

products meeting the minimum slandered from one of the following
organization UL/UN/ API/TUV/BV… or equivalent to this
organization.

10.Vendor to confirm his ability to supply to OOMCO directly without

any mediators in between.

11.Vendor must indicate his production capacity per month and year.

12.Vendor must inform us about minimum time required for the

production per container.
