Engineers’ Paradise
With the aim to provide a platform for the students to develop and showcase
their technical skills, we have come with the most awaited technical event of
Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra - Patna Campus, “XorDium”. The event
marks the beginning of a new and innovative ventures, which binds the
experiences and expectations of the technophiles.

As the name suggest it is a stage for technical geeks to endeavour for their
talent. The event is centred around exhibiting prototypes based on innovative
ideas and skills by a group of technocrats. Each working model will be carefully
examined based on the set norms. The platform will ultimately cultivate new
thoughts to kindle the new minds.

GENERAL RULES

• Registration is to be done before 23rd August (Midnight).

• There is no charge to be paid for registration.
• College Id card is mandatory for all participants.
• Proper documentation of the model is required. (2-3 pages)
• Students can participate in a group of 3 or 4 members.
• Decision of the judges will be final and will not be subjected to any
further discussions.
• All students are advised to be present strictly by 10AM on 24th Aug ‘19.
• The venue of the event is LG2.

ABOUT THE EVENT

• Groups will be presenting their model with a brief introduction of their project.
They are required to have a brief explanatory file for their work.
• Topics could be from any innovative dimensions of the science and technology.
Every group is required to have their own specific models.
• Each group is required to maintain a proper documentation of 2 to 3 pages of
their work. (The documentation should include the ideas of the project, working
components, recent advancements, applications in near future and anything they
would like to mention).
• All the works will be taken into sincere consideration.
• The most deserving three models will be selected and rewarded by the juries.
• Spot entries will not be entertained.
• Details of the team members: Name, Department, E-mail Id, Contact number,
Institution name should be sent to our mail id(bitptechnical@gmail.com).

• While filling the form do mention the details of the model you are going to
represent.
