Additional information on question 12. Work Experience


Main duties
 Organization and monitoring of production, quality and quantity of raw materials, semi
finished and finished products
 Organization and coordination of workers operating a processing and packing machines
 Control and recording of the prescribed technical and technological parameters of
production lines
 Control of the efficiency of production process
 Control and recording of the technological parameters of semi-finished and finished
products (dimensions, volume, proportion of chocolate)
 Control of sensory product characteristics: Colour, aroma, acidity sweetness, consistency,
solubility and appearence.
 Control of physical and chemical product parameters: moisture level, the percentage of
dry matter
 In case of deviation from quality parameters, responding by adjustment of the factors of
variation
 Responsibility for the timely and appropriate response of the maintance team in the event
of equipment failure.
 Responsibility for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in production process
 In the event of deadlock, allocation of production workers to other job according to
production plans
 Establishing open comunication and cooperation with maintenance team, quality control,
warehouse of raw materials and warehouse of finished products, as well as with other
services, for the purpose of production process optimization.
 Quality control imlementation
 Participation in implementation of standards- HACCP
 Preparation of suporting internal documents (Product specifications, inspection and
testing plans, duties and resposibilities, handling instruction for the process equipment,
sanitation programs)
 Application and control of implementation of HACCP, and control of the use of internal
documentation. Verification of critical control points. Archiving of the production
documentation
 Preparation of a report in case of non compliance and returned goods
 Control of performace of the daily, monthly and annual sanitation of the production
facilities and processing equipment
 Training of the workers about Good Manufacturing Practise, hygien and sanitation
 Participation in periodical checking of HACCP as an internal auditor
 Development of product specification for existing and new products, in Serbian and
English
 Operational management of technological tests
 Responsibility for the use of new materials, raw and packaging material in production
process and reporting of observation
