Description of alloy structural steel

Alloy structural steel can be divided into ordinary alloy structural steel and special purpose alloy structural
steel. The former includes low-alloy high-strength steel, cryogenic steel, ultra-high strength steel, carburized
steel, quenched and tempered steel and non-quenched and tempered steel; the latter includes spring steel,
ball-bearing steel, free-cutting steel and so on.
HEAT TREATMENT:
we can provide delivery product with annealed, normalized, tempered, solution treatment,aging treatment,
and other special requirements of heat treatment.
FEATURE:
Due to the proper hardenability, the microstructure is a uniform sorbite, bainite or fine pearlite after heat
treatment with a suitable metal, and thus it has higher tensile strength and yield ratio (generally about 0.85),
higher toughness and fatigue strength, and lower toughness -brittleness transformation temperatures, it can
be used to make machine parts with larger cross-section dimensions.
