Business Visa - Documents Checklist

5 A letter of invitation from the Host Company in Nigeria. The letter must be
addressed to the Nigerian High Commission, New Delhi. The letter must be on an
official letterhead stating details of address of company, The letter should also
include
- The reason for your visit
- Company sponsorship agreeing for full immigration and financial
responsibility on behalf of the applicant duration his/her stay.

6 A photocopy of the passport of inviter’s bio page.

7 A letter from the employer or invitee company in Nigeria, the letter should be on
company’s letterhead addressed to the Nigerian High Commission; New Delhi with
the reason for travel should be stated. The letter should be signed for authorized
personnel only.
7 Certificate of Incorporation of the Host Company in Nigeria.

6 In respect of minor dependent children―

(i) in the case of a minor subject to guardianship or custody, proof of
such guardianship and custody; or
(ii) (ii) in the case of an unaccompanied minor, consent from the
guardian;
 7 A copy of a valid return air ticket.

8 Proof of confirmed accommodation during your stay in Nigeria.
