The Project site is generating two types of Organic waste, viz,
1 a) Highly biodegradable wastes from Dining activity and b)
General garbage. For secured disposal, follow the steps

Canteen activity to use dedicated Bins for receiving “Excess


food, Left-Over Food wastes, peelings of Vegetables & Fruits
2 and other such wastes”. This waste should be handed over to
Pig Farms on day-to-day basis, alternatively composted on-site
engaging “Vermin-compost/Organic Compost” pits

The general Garbage is collected in separate bins and Dumped

into municipal garbage truck in the morning on a routine basis

The bins used for above activity are periodically washed with

water, so that hygienic condition is maintained
