Conference

II. Rationale :

Being able to express ideas in a well-structured and creative way is one of

the primary objectives of Campus Journalism. Hence, students with passion and
aptitude to write are given opportunities not only to join contests but also to come
up with their school organ that functions as their instrument to articulate factual
information, unbiased opinions and meaningful insights regarding the happenings
and issues within the school, community and country.
Kalasag, the official school paper of Telabastagan Integrated School is the
first ever issue of the Junior high school and Senior High School which also serves
as their entry in the group contest in the Regional Schools Press Conference.
The said school organ has 12 pages featuring news articles, editorial,
opinion page, feature articles and sport stories.

III. Objectives :

A. To promote students journalistic skills in writing

B. To showcase the accomplishments and best practices of Telabastagan
Integrated School
B. To join in the Regional Schools Press Conference

IV. Methodology:
A. Assign beats to the writers and editors
B. Prepare a dummy and time table for the gathering of data
C. Edit and revise the articles
D. Type the articles and proofread them
E. Layout the articles together with the pictures
F. Have the first printout and proofread it
G. Prepare the material for final printing

Upon approval, the target date shall be on January 2019.

In view of this, the principal of Telabastagan Integrated School allotted money for

II. Rationale:
Health is wealth.
Financial constraint is one of the reasons why some people suffered from
sickness. Simple illnesses such as headache, colds, cough, stomachache and cuts hinder
students to come to school because they do not have means to buy over the counter
medicines that’s why the principal wanted to purchase some medicines to be used by
students to avoid absenteeism, and to be used also by teachers in case of emergency.

The principal of Telabastagan Integrated School allotted a little amount charged

against MOOE C.Y. 2019 for the procurement of medical supplies.

III. Objectives:
a. To purchase medical supplies to be used by the students and teachers.
b. To decrease the number of absentees suffering from simple sicknesses.

IV. Methodology:
1. Make an inventory of the medicines commonly used and urgently needed.

II. Rationale:

Health card is important in one’s life. It serves as a record of the students’ health
conditions after having immunization from health personnel to reduce the morbidity and
mortality among students against the most common vaccine-preventable diseases.
The principal of Telabastagan Integrated School allotted a little amount in the
MOOE for the productivity of students’ Health Card.

III. Objectives :

PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. Title/ Project: Maintenance and Minor Repair of ICT Equipment

II. Rationale:

The efficient performance of the students in their tasks is facilitated by well-

functioning equipment such as computers in the learning environment. School work
becomes systematized and orderly with the efficiency of the said equipment availability of
supplies. The workload becomes manageable, productive and enjoyable, if provided with
efficient equipment and availability of supplies. In order to be true to this mission, ICT
based facilities should be updated and well maintained to serve its purpose. This is the
reason why there is a need to reformat and reinstall new software in the computers of the
laboratory facilities.

III. Objectives :

A. To provide updated and well maintained ICT facilities to students and

stakeholders
B. To provide easy access to student’s terminals during hands on activities
C. To provide computer facilities that will aid in the 21st century teaching and
learning process

IV. Methodology:

A. Prepare a project proposal for approved of the school principal.

B. Implement the said project.

V. Target Date/ Venue :

Upon the approval and availability of funds the target date shall be on April 2019
at Telabastagan Integrated School.

VI. Participants/ Recipients:

The recipients of the said project are the teachers and students of Telabastagan
Integrated School.

VII. Budgetary Requirement:

An amount of P 10, 000.00 charged against MOOE shall be used for the said
project.
