E., 24.32 m. to point 3; N. 74-18 E., 78.91 m. to point 4; S. 10.38 E., 9.11 m. to point 5; S.
07-59 E., 13.31 m. to point 1; point of beginning.

Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY FOUR (1,844) SQUARE
METERS.

All points are marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.

Bounded on the S., along line 1- by Lot 3315, Cad 614-D; on the W., along line 2-3 by
Provincial Road; on the N., along line 3-4 by Lot 3317, Cad 614-D; on the E., along line 4-
5 by Lot 3318, Cad 614-D; and on the E., along line 5-1 by Lot 3310, Cad 614-D.

Bearings true.

This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated
thereunder by Alixino S. Apostol, Cadastral Land Surveyor on July 7, 1980 and was
approved on November 25, 1980.

NOTE:
This lot is covered by F.P.A. No. (III-4) (1) 367.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and pursuant to the
provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court, the parties hereto being all of legal age and
with full capacity to contract hereby by these presents agree to adjudicate among themselves the conjugal
share of the decedent in the above-described properties.

FURTHER, the FIRST PARTY hereby WAIVE their rights, participation and interest in the
aforementioned property unto and in favor of the SECOND PARTY and the latter accepts the said WAIVER
and at the same time adjudicate into themselves the said property.

That this Extrajudicial Settlement is however subject to contingent liabilities to creditors, heirs or
other persons who might have been deprived of lawful participation in the estate of the decedent, for a
period of two (2) years from and after the settlement and the distribution thereof, in accordance with the
provision of Section 4, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court.
