A. NAME OF THE BUSINESS


VBES Stickie, the name of our business, was derived from our
surnames Villaruel, Balmes, Eleccion and Sarmiento. The acronym VBES
represents the owners of the business and symbolizes the quality of the
product, which said to be the best, that the business aims to provide. The
word “Stickie” came from the word “Sticker”. It stands for the product and
its quality and function. In short, VBES Stickie means best stickers.

We, the VBES Stickie is a manufacturing business that aims to
provide products such as inspirational stickers in forms of logos, icons,
names and quotes that can be placed on any smooth surface and be
sold at a very reasonable price for everyone.
Our VBES Stickie is a partnership business that consists of four
members namely; Alliah Loraine Balmes, Jean Grey Eleccion, Jara
Maiah Villaruel, and Andree Jay Sarmiento who are each assigned to
different roles in terms of the participation needed in the business.
We offer products like stickers which are adhesives that you could
put on any smooth surface like laptops, cellphone case, walls, etc. We
can also layout logos to be made as stickers for customers who would
like to have their logos posted.
The business we have is a manufacturing industry, as we make
stickers from the materials we have, we can produce products like vinyl
stickers.

to be implemented on our business.

D. VISION STATEMENT
In five to eight years, VBES Stickie will be utilizable and
convenient for use stickers in 2026 to bring inspiration, information
and provide service as an integral part of an accessible customized
name labels, pictures, and logos to the residence of Lucena City. By

then, the VBES Stickie will be one of the best sticker making industry
in Quezon Province.

Our business offers good qualities of stickers that are unique,
creative and customizable at the Very BESt price for everyone.

F. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY


We, the VBES’s Stickie, is a partnership business which will mainly
offer inspirational and informative stickers in forms of logos, quotes and
names. To set the direction of our business, we created our objectives.
The objectives of the said business are the following:

others about our product through advertisement both in
printed and digital media.
 We will create stickers that is not only for the use of designing
but also for the purpose boosting one's self.
 As much as possible, we will try to lessen the amount of our
product through buying materials in wholesale. So that, many
customers will be engaged to buy our products.

Within three to eight years of our business:


 We will try to expand our business through opening new
branches in other places in the Quezon Province.
 We will know what people wants for us to be able to adjust on
social changes. So that, our business will survive despite of
many changes in our society.
 We will try to be one of the best sticker manufacturer in the
Quezon Province.

The VBES Stickie Logo describes the business venture of the


group wherein the name of the business is shown in the logo. The
circle that surrounds the name of the business states the firmness or
strong bond relationship of the members of the group in business.
The Stickie stamp represents the function of our product as a sticker
and label.

 Business – is an act of venturing into a transaction between
the costumer and the seller.
 Label – is an identifying or descriptive indicator that is
attached to an object.
 Logo – is a sign or symbol that represents the group, person
and organization identity.

into a new brand finished product.
 Name – is a call sign that represents the person’s identity.
 Partner – is a person that contributes to the business venture
he/she is part of.
 Price – is the amount or cost of the product to be sold.

A. CUSTOMERS
Our product is for everyone even though stickers are known
or intended for children to use. Arts never indicated to be used by
certain people. Art is something at hand that we do to express
ourselves. This product is open to all regardless of their religion or
ethnicity. The customers of our business enterprise are male and
female whose age ranges around 12 years old and above wherein
the students could be our customers since the location of our
business is near the school. They have the capacity to buy our
product because of the allowance given to them by their parents
before entering the school and they have money from their savings.
Their income level does range from low to middle income which
qualifies them to buy our product since it is very affordable. Another
target customer and consumer could be the people around Lucena
City who could be interested in our product. They can be the people
who are employed whose age ranges from 18 years old and above.
They can use our product for big purposes or something they want
like a customized design sticker with certain length or size. Their
income level ranges to middle and high class of income because they
already have salaries or they have the capacity to earn money from
their work. Lastly, the customers could be unemployed people
around Lucena City who are currently staying at home or staying for
some reasons like waiting for exam result, vacation and etc. Their
age ranges from 18 years old and above who can afford to buy our
product and their level of income ranges to low and middle class.

The target market for our business enterprise will be those


people who are interested in arts especially those who are in line with
fashion, style and design. Our product can indicate the personality of
the consumer wherein their likes on a certain thing like anime, movie,
quotes, and names where displayed in their personal belongings.
Their minds should be open for all vivid imaginations, insights, and
opinions about the quality of the product they want to purchase.
Teenagers age ranges 13 to 19 years old, there are stickers given
which are customized based on their likings because of their different
sense of art interest. Adult people ages 20 years old and above,
there are stickers given that are customized based on their likes and
also on general purposes such as putting vinyl stickers in their
workplace.

People nowadays, came back to a store because the


business enterprise meets their needs, likes and interests. The
consumers became customers because of their tendency to
patronize the business product. The students in Secondary and
Tertiary level have different sense of art interest because of many
factors that affects their likings which change from time to time.
Those students in their age are fascinated to see pictures or symbols
and keep it with them as their inspiration. Their persuasion, loyalty
and active personality lead other people to be influenced and buy the
product. Just like their favorite characters in a movie, anime,
cartoons, books and group of celebrity stars that greatly influence
and inspire them in life. Their sense in dealing with the quantity and
quality of a product were slowly being developed as they learn from

their experience. When the business enterprise meets their
expectation, their trust and loyalty as a customer will be put up in the
store which tends to gather or call up their friends to try and patronize
the product. In employed and unemployed people with high sense of
comparing and judging a product, it is important to give the very best
quality because they have the power to influence people’s
judgement. Their experience in the product will give them a
classification of standards to trust the business enterprise when it
comes to quality that matches up the product’s quantity. Customers
come and go every day in a store as a sign of their reliability to the
business performance when it comes to producing and promoting
the product.

Our product is an essential tool for art style and design that
will be beneficial in the future use of the consumer. Stickers consist
of different pictures, labels, names or icons which can be posted on
any smooth surface like paper, laptops, cellphone case, walls, etc. It
will be useful in terms of designing a project, portfolio, group activities
and assignments. The consumer’s creativity increases as they fulfill
their own satisfaction in expressing their feelings through arts. The
sticker product will be essential to the consumer’s cognitive skills on
widening their imagination in their sense of style and originality on
designing their own work. Their potential to be artistic is being
develop as they train or exercise themselves in using their creativity.
The product will also be beneficial on labelling their personal
belongings such as notebooks, books, laptop, cell phone case, and
other gadgets in order to determine those things as their own
property.

There are easy steps to buy our products. First, determine


where is the business enterprise which is located at Unit D – G
Building, 2A Merchan Street, Brgy. XI, Lucena City. Second, inquire
in the store on what stuff they would like to include on the stickers to
be made. After deciding on what must be included, the staff will give
out the date to claim their product. The waiting period given is usually
1-3 working days, depending on the number of customized stickers.
Wait for the date that the staff has given to pick up. Once the day has
arrived, you may go to our store to pick up the product you ordered.

The target market should buy our product because its function
to label things and designing their work makes themselves to be
creative and artistic. The use of sticker is to lighten up and give life
to the work project or assignment of a person. It gives satisfaction to
the sense of style, likes, and interest of the target market which has
a big benefit on their everyday life. It also gives them inspiration and
responsibility to take care of their belongings because of the beauty
and essence of the product. The target market should also buy the
product because of the prices that are very affordable for everyone.

There is a potential to increase the target market if we


promote and endorse our business enterprise to our relatives and
friends. They have the capacity to share and endorse our product
with other people. There is also a potential of increase if our target
market will endorse it to the people around them.

B. COMPETITION
The direct competitors of our business enterprise is the JSD
jhay-angel stickers decals wherein this manufacturing business
provide service by printing personalized stickers on the different
parts of the customer’s motorcycle. There is also the Yangson
Enterprises and Adbot T-shirt Printing wherein they do not just
provide services like t-shirt printing or tarpaulin but they also
manufacture sticker print. Lastly, the direct competitors are those in
the streets and different stores in Lucena City such as Lucky Book
Store, Sunlife, and Friend City which sell stickers that are based from
the characters from the cartoons, movies, etc.
The indirect competitors of our business enterprise is the
printing service and manufacturing like personalized t-shirt printing,
calling card, mug, tarpaulin, panaflex, billboard, signages, and
souvenirs item which consist of customized printed images and texts.
Those business enterprises that give services on printing items are
Yangson Enterprises, Simon Wilson Advertising, GoodPrints
Lucena, Pen Tool Mark and Adbot T-shirt Printing.

C. MARKETING STRATEGY
C.1 Product
The best thing about our product is that the stickers that
we make can be put or attached on any smooth surface. Be it
on a cellphone case, water tumbler, glass, walls, mirrors, and

the surface first before placing the sticker/s. The stickers are
also durable as the stickers placed can last for at least 1 year,
but time may vary depending on the way you used the
stickers. They do not fade easily. Another thing is that our
stickers do not leave any sticky residue if ever you will remove
the sticker on the surface.

The stickers we make are made from vinyl stickers.


This material makes our stickers waterproof which means you
can also put stickers on places that are exposed outside. An
example is putting the sticker on the gate outside your house.
Even if they get wet from the rain or whatsoever, it would not
fade and would not get damaged by any liquid. They are
stronger than most stickers such as stickers made from paper
because of the aforementioned material used to make the
product. Unlike other stickers, the vinyl stickers we make do
not get damaged easily so it could last longer than most
stickers. Furthermore, our stickers somehow help
personalizing your stuff and can be used especially if you are
interested in doing DIYs. They are easy to apply and can also
be cleaned easily without ruining the quality of the sticker.

The stickers we make has a lot of benefits, this includes


the sticker being more durable than other stickers. Because
they are mostly weather resistant, there is a chance the
stickers may last long on the surface placed on. Our stickers
are also affordable by many since we intend on selling stickers
that are inexpensive to most. We would be selling stickers that
differ in prices, depends on what type of sticker they want to
purchase. They are also customizable, just inquire to our store

C.2 Price
We will price our stickers depending on the amount of A4
sheets to be purchased and what kind of stickers would they want.
Each A4 size of the vinyl sticker costs ₱ 20.00. That is if the sticker
they want is in one color only. If it is the printed vinyl sticker, it would
cost ₱ 43.00 per A4 sheet. The customers can add as many as they
like as long as it fits in the A4 sheet.
The pricing strategy we will use is the “cost-plus pricing”
strategy. We added the costs of the stickers on the mark up. We
decided to have our mark up by 25% of the costs. In one-colored
stickers, the cost per A4 sheet is ₱ 16, then the mark up from the
price is 4 pesos which is the 25% of the cost price. On the other hand,
the printed vinyl sticker per A4 sheet costs ₱ 34, then the mark up
from the cost is ₱9.
We arrived at that kind of pricing by basing it on the cost of
materials, plus the mark-up. Since our target market is from low to
mid class, we intend on reducing the price as low as possible so that
our products will be affordable for the target market we have. The
vinyl stickers we will buy from the supplier costs ₱ 80 /meter. Since
the machine we will use requires the size of the sticker to be cut is in
A4, we will have to cut the 1 meter into A4 size, and approximately 8
A4 can be cut from the 1 meter. The printable stickers on the other
hand costs ₱ 160 per 10 A4 sheets. The cold laminating film photo
top costs ₱ 120 per 10 A4 sheets. The transfer paper to be used on
attaching the sticker on the surface will cost ₱ 50 /meter.

Compared to the prices of our direct competitors like JSD,


Adbot T-shirt Printing, and Yangson Entreprise, whose prices are
₱15-50, ₱10, ₱ 10-80 respectively; our lowest price which is ₱20 is
a bit higher than the aforementioned competitors. But despite the
difference in our priced, the price we have is inexpensive because
we sell the customized stickers per A4 sheet, unlike the others whose
priced is based on the size of a sticker. Ours is more worth it as you
could include multiple shapes, images, or letters as long as it fits in
the size we offer. It could be seen in the price gap between our
business and the others that the pricing is only higher by ₱ 5-10.00,
and ours are sold by sheets.

C.3 Place/ Distribution


The location of the business enterprise of VBES Stickie is on
Unit D – G Building, 2A Merchan Street, Brgy. XI, Lucena City. It is
chosen to be placed and to execute the business venture because
of the high population of the target market near Unit D – G Building
which includes the students of Sacred Heart College, the
neighborhood near Merchan Street Barangay XI, and it is very near

in town. The products of VBES Stickie is created and based on the
great impact and use of the product which will be beneficial to the
consumers.
The procedure on selling VBES Stickie products will have a
physical store wherein the products will be displayed and arranged
according to the prices and designs. We will also display the list of
the prices depending in the kind of sticker and some offers in
purchasing customized stickers to avoid confusion. We will also put
up some sample stickers or images with our product placed on stuff
so that the customers will have an insight on the function of the
product we are selling. The business enterprise is supported by the
personnel who are the members of the group. They will
accommodate the customers and manage the course of action in
implementing the business venture.

C.4 Promotion
We, the VBES Stickie, will advertise our product through
social media sites such as facebook, twitter and instagram. We will
post some pictures and videos that will showcase our inspirational
stickers such as logos, labels and quotes. Through the said
advertising strategy, we will be able to inspire and catch the attention
of millennials who are into social media sites. Also, we will give some
flyers and sample stickers to some people around the city. This all
will be done for our business to be known and attract customers.
Moreover, we will have a discount and promos for some customers.
For students, they will be given 10% discount during weekdays.
Furthermore, the student must be in their uniform with ID. During
weekdays no students will receive coupon. For other customer, they
will receive 1 coupon upon purchasing 1 bond paper of sticker. After
collecting 10 coupons, they may give it to us for the change of 2 bond
paper of stickers. Through discounting, students will be able to afford
our product and by having a promo and coupons, customers will
patronize our business. Furthermore, through discounting we will
have an advantage to our direct competitors and more customers will
come to us.

C.6 Packaging

Our packaging is made up of used materials. It is made up of brown


paper, ribbons, and wrappers. We decided to use this kind of material
because we want to help avoid wasting materials that can still be reused in
order to help preserve Mother Nature. Instead of buying materials in making
the packaging, we will use recyclable materials so we can save money and
at the same time reduce the increasing number of waste. The packaging
we will use will have our logo attached to it. contains the logo of our business
and a design which shows simplicity and uniqueness. The colors brown and
green represent the environment; the love for nature. The packaging has
different sizes which is used depending on the size of the sticker they will
buy.

B. MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Plain Vinyl Sticker (on one color only)
1. If you want to have the sticker from a picture online,
search for the picture and download it. It’s best if the
picture has minimal details. Then place it on the CAMEO.
If the customer wants to have the sticker have words in it,
type out the text with their preferred font size and style on
the work page. Your design should have a bold line
around it. This indicates the lines that will cut.
2. Go to the design page settings in the top right toolbar
and set up your workspace to have a cutting mat. This
option is about halfway down on the right panel.
3. Cut out an 8.27 x 11.69 inches of vinyl sticker paper and
another one of the transfer film used in transferring vinyl
stickers and decals. Place your vinyl on your cutting mat.
4. Line up your cutting mat with the blue line on the side of
the CAMEO. Make sure the roller on the right side is on
the edge of the cutting mat. It will be the last notch on the
metal bar.
5. Press “Load” on the CAMEO.
6. Go back to your Silhouette Studio, double check your
settings, then press Send to Silhouette.
7. Go to the cut panel in the top right toolbar. The icon will
look like a Silhouette blade.

8. Once the cutting process is done, press the unload


button from the Cameo Silhouette. Carefully take out the
vinyl sticker from the mat
9. With the use of pointed tweezers, weed out the vinyl
sticker, leaving the vinyl sticker details untouched.

10. With the use of the transfer film, peel out the transparent
thing and place it on top of the vinyl sticker. And with a
scraper, scrape the top surface of the transfer film for it to
attach to the vinyl sticker.
11. Once the vinyl has stuck to the transfer film completely,
peel the transfer film which has the vinyl attached to it
and place it back on the paper that came with the transfer
film.
Printed Vinyl Sticker
 Edit the photo you want in Adobe Photoshop or create
your own design on the software mentioned. After that,
save the file as JPEG. (name_of_the_file.jpeg)
 Print out the picture in A4 size on the EPSON L120
Inkjet Printer, the ink used must be pigment ink. Use the
QUAFF vinyl inkjet sticker as the paper for printing the
photo.
 Let the sticker dry for 3-5 minutes to avoid having
smudged photo.
 Turn on your Laminator and set it on a cold temperature
to be able to cold laminate the sticker later.
 Get a sheet of the QUAFF Cold Laminating Film and
attach the transparent film on the sticker you printed.
Then let the sticker run on cold lamination on the
laminator once.
 Cut the sticker if necessary.

raising and collection of taxes wherein it will be beneficiary to the
government agencies. It will be an opportunity to have a position or
slot in the local and world market because our business will be an
essential tool to support the government of the Philippines in order
to have favorable economic ratings in the world market. Through our
business enterprise, many entrepreneurs will be competitive and it
challenges themselves to widen their creativity and improve their
products and services wherein it will be a possibility for them to

people who are willing and interested in business venture. Our
programs will be managed by the owners and employees who have
skills to perform those kinds of activities and workshops. There will
be also special guests and respective people that are invited to our
programs for relevant and reliable source of information.
