Course Description This course deals with the study of principles underlying police organization and management of the law enforcement organization
with particular focus on the constitutional mandates of R.A. 6975, 8551 and 9708 along with the previous mandates and issuances
creating the law enforcement organization. It also includes the organizational structure and administration and Planning.
It is designed to equip students with the knowledge that the different law enforcement organization as both a pyramidal and para
military organization.

1. Acquire basic knowledge and understanding on the significant developments in world history of policing,
the philosophy of police service, the roles and responsibilities of the police, and the application of concepts

5. Demonstrate knowledge on the formulation of plans for crowd dispersal, riot, mob control, VIP security, raid
