    I Asad Usmani, Chief Executive Premier Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. do hereby certify that

    foundation of under construction Commercial Building of Malik Javaid Anwar, S/o

    Malik Anwar Aziz on Plot No. 13, 15, Block F-3, P.C.H.S, Lahore of which structural

    design was carried out by me, has now been inspected by me.

    I, do hereby, further certify that the construction of above said foundation has been

    carried out in accordance with standard materials and as per structural drawings. It is

    safe for the commercial purpose and onward construction of the building.
