DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COMPUTER APPRECIATION & APPLICATION


TEST (PHASE-II) AND APTITUDE TEST (PHASE-III)

1. Candidates are required to appear in Computer Appreciation & Application Test (Phase-II) and Aptitude Test (Phase-III) at the Centre on the
date and time specified in the Admit Card. Candidate should reach the test center at least 15 minutes before the reporting time of the Test.
2. A seat marked with a roll number shall be allotted to each candidate. The candidates shall be required to find out and occupy their allotted seat
at least 30 minutes before the start of examination.
3. Each candidate is required to bring his/her own blue/black ball point pen. No candidate shall be allowed to use a calculator in the examination
hall/room. The use of calculators & log tables is not permitted. Cellular Phone (Mobile), Satellite Phone, Pager or any communication device, etc.
are not allowed in Examination Hall under any circumstances. He/She should not bring these to Examination Centre, otherwise he/she will have
to leave the same outside the Centre. The Centre Supdt. will not be responsible for any loss.
4. No request for change of Test Centre/Test Date/Test time will be entertained under any circumstances
5. Keep a photocopy of the Admit Card for future reference as it will be collected during the test.
6. It is mandatory for every Candidate to produce valid Photo Identity proof in Original i.e. PAN Card/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhar Card/ Driving
License etc. at Examination Centre for appearing in the Test.
7. Impersonation and/or possession of any material, electronic equipment even remotely connected or adverse to proper conduct and performance
of the examination may render a candidate liable to expulsion from the Examination Hall and/or cancellation of candidature apart from any other
punishment/penalty that may be imposed upon the candidate. Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, note books, books, calculators,
etc. into the examination hall. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting
unfair means to be summarily disqualified.
8. The appearance of the candidate for this test is Provisional and is subject to fulfilling the educational and other eligibility conditions and vacancy
available for the applied post as prescribed in the Advertisement posted on the website. If Candidate is found ineligible at a later date his/her
candidature will be summarily rejected. Mere appearing OR qualifying in the test does not entail a candidate for claiming selection.
9. In case of impersonation not only the candidature of the concerned candidate will be cancelled out rightly but a serious view will be taken as per
rules and both impersonator and the candidate will be liable for criminal/legal action.
10. Smoking and taking tea/refreshment etc. by the candidate in the examination hall/room is strictly prohibited.
11. Candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the Test is over.
12. candidates shall have to abide by the instructions that may be announced by the Superintendent/Invigilator/Observer in the examination
hall/room
13. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Test(s).
14. Decision of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra in respect of all matters pertaining to this recruitment tests would be final and binding on all the
Applicants/Candidates.
15. Candidate must ensure that his/her biometric attendance has been collected.
16. At the end of examination the candidate should carry alongwith them the carbon copy of OMR sheet & Question Booklet.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF TEST BOOKLET AND OMR SHEET

1. Candidates should read carefully the instructions appearing on the cover page of the Test Booklet and check that the Test Booklet and OMR
Sheet supplied to him/her are not defective and if so, may secure another copy from the Invigilator in lieu of the first one. The Test Booklet
should be checked with reference to page numbers, serial number of the questions, code number.
2. Candidate must fill up all columns provided in the Test Booklet and OMR Sheet carefully
3. DO NOT FOLD OR DAMAGE THE OMR RESPONSE SHEET IN ANY WAY AND DO NOT MUTILATE ANY PART OF THE SHEET TO ENSURE
EVALUATION, OTHERWISE THE OMR SHEET WILL NOT BE EVALUATED. IN NO CASE, SECOND OMR SHEET WILL BE PROVIDED.
4. The Test Booklet number is to be filled in the OMR Sheet by the candidate without fail. The OMR Sheet No. is to be filled by the candidate within
the space provided on the cover page of the Test Booklet. The Booklet series (i.e. A, B, C, D) is also to be filled in by the candidate in OMR
Sheet.
5. If the candidate does not follow the instructions to fill up all the columns properly, the OMR sheet can not be evaluated. Any resultant loss to the
candidate on the above account for not following the instructions shall be his/her responsibility.
6. Each question has four alternative responses marked as A, B, C and D. The candidate has to darken a circle which is the correct response.
7. All the entries must be confined to the space provided. The candidate must fill in the appropriate circle clearly with blue/black ball point pen
only.
8. The candidate has to respond to the questions in the supplied OMR Response Sheet. If the darkening is done at any other place in the OMR
Response Sheet, it will not be evaluated. The candidate should fill in the OMR Response Sheet after careful thought. Once marked, no change in
the response shall be permitted. More than one Response is also not allowed.
9. Rough work, if any, should be done on the back side of pages of the Test Booklet, NO ROUGH WORK SHOULD BE DONE ON THE OMR SHEET.
10. The candidate shall have to return the OMR sheet to the Invigilator before leaving the Examination Hall/Room. Before handing over the
OMR Sheet to the Invigilator, the candidate must put his/her signature within the space provided for the purpose.

regarding educational qualification, age and other particulars furnished by them should be correct in all respects. If at any stage
it is detected that the applicant does not meet with the requirements stipulated for the posts or has furnished false/incorrect
information, then his/her candidature will be cancelled.
