QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 1 year in position/s involving training education for


call centers
Training: 2 or more years training experience in a call center
environment
Others: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written
Strong interpersonal skills with management and
staff populations
Superior organization, prioritization, and self-
motivation skills
Strong computer skills.
Ability to interact effectively as either a leader or as
a member of a team and work collaboratively with
other departments
Ability to listen to customers and to understand and
respond positively to their requests
Ability to adapt to changing assignments and
multiple priorities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully
meet deadlines.
Preferably non smoker

Excellent communication and public relations skills. Ability to
work well under pressure.
Ability to use a personal computer and related
software applications including Microsoft Word or
Excel.
Knows at least 2 dialects (Bicolano, Ilocano, Ilongo,
Bisaya)
Fluent in English and Tagalog.
Preferably non smoker
