CANADA Visa Requirements to visit Children

Documents from Children who is studying Canada.

a) Letter from the children
b) Copy of passport. (01st and last address page)
c) Visa copy / student ID card
d) Offer letter /appointment letter from the college
e) Letter from the college (Applicable for graduation ceremony attend)
f) Accommodation proof (Tenancy agreement)

Applicant
a) Current Passport with minimum 06 months validity and required 02 blank pages. (Old passports,
if any)
b) 03 No’s Photograph of each, (3.5/4.5, white back ground, colour, within 06 months).
c) Personal Bank statement in original for the last 6 months with sufficient fund. (all pages must be
sealed and signed)
d) Personal Income Tax for the last 3 years. (if available)
e) Fixed Deposit copies
f) Other savings like mutual fund, chares etc…(if applicable)
g) Personal covering letter. (If running business letter in company letter head)
h) Property valuation certificate from Chartered Accountant or Notary.
i) If wife or child travelling along NOC certificate from Husband/Parents.

Applicable for Self Employed

a) Company registration certificate or Company in corporation certificate
b) If partnership- Partnership Deed.
c) Memorandum and Articles of Association.
d) Last 3 years company IT & Balance Sheet.
e) Last 6 months original company bank statement (all pages must be sealed and signed).

Applicable for Employee

a) Letter from the Employer or Appointment Letter
b) Leave Sanction or NOC certificate from the Employer
c) Last 06 months salary certificate or Form 16.

Applicable for Retired

a) Pension Order or Pension Book
b) Pension payment Pass Book

Applicable for Student

a) ID Card / Fee Slip
b) Letter from the School

Applicable for Tourist

a) Hotel Confirmation
