ACTIVITY DURING INCIDENT: SNATCHING TRANSFER HANDLING
Alongside / Snatching
i. To ensure the risk assessment of alongside activity include external factors such as funneling
ii. To establish the Pre-Operation information exchange & communication between the OSV and
the barge prior any alongside activity
iii. To improve on the HSE Leadership of the Master
iv. Master to execute Master Overriding Authority especially during critical situation

iv. Maintenance of the pigtail chain and the fitting shall be done accordingly
v. Criteria for rejection of pigtail chain and the fitting shall be incoperated in the achor handling
procedure
