Greetings in the name of quality, environment safety and health!

Under Rule 1033 of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards (as amended) and DO 16
series of 2001, to wit “The minimum qualifications, duties and number of required safety and health
officers shall be as follows: 1) All safety officers must complete the Bureau-prescribed training course
prior to their appointment as in their respective places of employment; 2) All full-time safety officers must
meet the requirement of duly-accredited Safety Practitioners or Safety Consultants by the Bureau; and 3)
Not less than the required number of supervisors or technical personnel shall take the required trainings
and shall be appointed as a safety officer on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the number of
workers employed and the hazardous or non-hazardous nature of the workplace.”

Synerquest Management is a DOLE-BWC Accredited Safety Training Organization or STO. We invite


you and your employees to register, attend, participate, and learn from the following public run scheduled
safety trainings.

DOLE Accredited Safety Training. 40 hours

 BOSH. Basic Occupational Safety & Health Training

Schedule

 Monday to Friday. 8AM – 5PM

o Dates: February 16-20, 2015
o Venue: Safety Training Center
Commonwealth, Batasan Hills
Quezon City
Methodology

Use of the latest Accelerated Learning (AL) techniques, interactive presentation, videos and
challenging exercises will be used. Workshops and practical exercises will be used to give participants
the opportunity to apply the theories they have learned from the course.

Registration Fee
 P10,080 per head (VAT Inclusive)
 Payment: Cash or Check
 Pay on Day 1 of the training

For check payment, make it payable to Synerquest Management Consultancy Services Inc.

Registration Fee Includes


 Certificate of Completion
o in accordance with DOLE-BWC Standards
o issued on the last day or day 5 of the training
 Lunch and AM/PM snacks for 5 days
 Training Kit or Manual
 CD containing safety presentations, international papers, and OSH Standards
 Free-flowing coffee, tea, drinking water

Registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation.
