AGREEMENT

I, fully agree to abide the rules and

regulations of the Ms. Q and A which stated as follows:
1. I am willingly going to wear “RAINBOW ATTIRE” during the
production number and “Wit Lang!” portion and “EVENING GOWN”
in the “Di ba teh?!” and “Balaka-Judge” portion. I am aware that if
I miss, I know that it will result for my deduction of point.
2. I will accept wholeheartedly the major prizes and consolation prize
if I’m going to be chosen in Top 6 which will be as follows:
a. P2, 500.00 for Ms. Q and A
b. P1, 500.00 for First Runner-up
c. P1, 000.00 for Second Runner-up
d. P500.00 for three candidates who will not enter in the “Balaka-
Judge” portion.
Also, I will accept any additional surprise awards which will be given
on the Coronation Night.
3. I recognize the criteria for Judging for the Three Portions and Over-
All Appearance in the Coronation Night which will be as follows:
a. Over-All Appearance
i. Poise, Confidence and Beauty – 25%
ii. Opening Speech – 20%
iii. Rainbow Attire – 15%
iv. Evening Gown – 15%
v. Elegance in all Appearance – 15%
vi. Audience Impact – 10%
b. Wit Lang!
i. Wittiness of Answer – 50%
ii. Connection of Answer – 30%
iii. Poise and Confidence in Delivery – 15%
iv. Audience Impact – 5%
 c. Di ba teh?!
i. Content of the Subject Matter – 35%
ii. Certainty in Rebuttal – 45%
iii. Poise and Confidence in Delivery – 15%
iv. Audience Impact – 5%
d. Balaka-Judge
i. Knowledge in the Subject – 45%
ii. Content of the Answer – 35%
iii. Poise and Confidence in Delivery – 15%
iv. Audience Impact – 5%
4. I will respect my co-candidates and will avoid talking behind on their
part since we are all strong-minded, dignified and well-respected
members of the LGBTQ community.
5. I understand that the executive committee will not be liable for any
loss of materials during the Coronation Night. Moreover, I
understand that the executive committee will not be responsible for
any untoward incident that may occur on my behalf in the
Coronation.
6. I will respect the decision of the judges and will avoid speaking and
uttering unnecessary impressions about the Ms. Q and A of Baybay
because I fully believed that sportsmanship matters in every activity.
I understand that if I fail to follow this rule, I will be subject for blotter
and will result to my disqualification and banning for any activity
that the barangay will impose in the future.
