This proposal is formally proposed for the LyJaZel Company. So, we are here for
selling our products Chicharon-Cucumber’s at Lagtang Night High School- Senior High
Campus. And the buyers are students, teachers, and other people who are here on this
campus. Our product is pleased to present the LyJaZel Company.
We understand that our product is very popular in this Philippines. So, we like to
sell it because it is easy to see in the marker and it is very affordable to buy. LyJaZel
Chicharon-Cucumber’s Product is faced with and recognizes the unique opportunity to
fulfill our small business. We believe that our business is growing more. When it is
grown we will continue to sell Chicharon-Cucumber’s Product. We Promise, that we will
grow our service and product that we will sell persistently. We are confident that our
proposed service will effectively address your needs.

 I. INTRODUCTION

Chicharon is pork rind cracklings and all-time favorite by Filipinos. It is a

preferred “pulutan” or a food eaten with snacks or as a dish to eat with rice. It varies from
just plain salty to spice flavor. Chicharon is ubiquitous as it is a well-loved snack, and
maybe bought anywhere. Chicharon is known in the Philippines especially in Carcar,
Cebu. Pork chicharon is prepared by deep-frying dried pork rind with soy sauce, chopped
garlic and labuyo, or eaten with other condiments like bagoong, lechon liver sauce, or
atchara.

Carcar 1900’s one distinctive feature of Chicharon from Carcar, Cebu is the meat
comes with each piece. While you can buy chicharon without the meat, the best ones are
the ones with meat on them. This variety of Chicharon can be eaten either on it is own
with vinegar or it can be eaten with rice for regular meal. It can also be used as on
ingredients to a dish, like sautéing it with vegetables.

Secondly, cucumbers grown to eat fresh are called slicing cucumber or “pepino”. The
main varieties of slicer mature on vines with large leaves that provide shading. The
benefits of cucumber are low in calories but contain many important vitamins and
minerals, as well as high water content. Eating cucumbers may lead to many potential
health benefits, including weight-loss, balanced hydration, and digestive regularly and
lower blood sugar levels. Cucumbers are grown for either the fresh or processing
markets. Production methods differ slightly depending on the market, as do the varieties
grown. Cucumbers for the fresh market are often referred to as "slicers." The varieties
grown for processing are called "pickles," or sometimes, "curvys."

According to Anne Ricci, if you would like to make your diet healthier by adding
more vegetables to your meals, cucumber are a great choice. Cucumbers are widely used
in traditional diet as well as spas across the world for a reason. They are good for health.

Thus, LyJaZel Company product is making people happy to buy Chicharon-

Cucumbers, because Cucumber or “pepino” was big benefits of healthy while Chicharon
used as a topping on many native vegetables and others common as it is a well-loved
snack. And Chicharon also is flavoring with spices, sweet chili and other seasoning. They
are good for our health, especially in Nutritious Foods.

Our business goals are to achieve our financial needs, our financial target, so that
we can continue to build our business. To make our business grow from a small business

development of new business and employment in the specific sectors that are aligned
unique are of opportunities.

Is to provide our customers with clean, delicious and reasonable priced.

OBJECTIVES

The LyJaZel Company would like to let our customers feel that our product is the
best. These are the following objectives:

 To promote a healthier lifestyle of cucumbers.

 To let customer enjoy the taste of chicharon without/less all the bad stuff.
 To experience cucumbers using their senses of feel, sound, smell, and sight.
 To let customer enjoy eating chicharon with “pulutan” time.

 III. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report provides information on the current status of LyJaZel Company. We first
began our Chicharon-Cucumber business plan as a way to profit from our passion and
provide others in our campus with a safe and friendly place

Our CHICHARON (Crispy Pork Rind) are made from the highest quality imported
fresh raw materials that are processed with the best manner of cooking with quality
checking procedures and following the high standards of food safety. Our Chicharon
products is only ₱5.00 only and free spices and flavoring.

Our Cucumbers for the fresh market are often referred to as "slicers. Cucumber
product it is only ₱5.00 also and same as Chicharon spices and flavoring.

Our business can cost of ₱150.00 investment or capital. So, LyJaZel will start the
business by this month. And make it simpler.

The LyJaZel Company would like to let our customers feel that our product is the
best. Our mission is to will provide a friendly, comfortable atmosphere where the
costumer can receive quality foods, drinks, and service at a reasonable price. Our
Chicharon-Cucumber’s Product will offer a variety of choices to the customer. The
Cucumbers will also serve deli-style for nutrition month with the freshest ingredients. To
promote a healthier lifestyle of cucumbers. To let customer enjoy eating chicharon with
“pulutan” time.

Goals and Strategies

Our business goals are to achieve our financial needs, our financial target, so that
we can continue to build our business. To make our business grow from a small business
Chicharon-Cucumber’s Product.

Short term goal: Use the quality of our service and advertising to soon become well-
known throughout Chicharon and Cucumbers.

Long term goal: Expand the business to the other locations.

Strategy: Work hard to have the best-tasting of cucumber “pepino” and chicharons.

We feel that our company is uniquely positioned to profit from changes in the
campus, and we feel that our company can continue to leverage the expertise we have
gained into higher levels of profit and customer satisfaction.

Weaknesses: Turn down in the economy, start-up cost, new business, no reputation

Opportunities: Job opportunities for the many unemployed in LyJaZel Products.

Legal Structure

 My business will be run as a sole proprietorship.

 All debts and liabilities of this business will be my responsibility.
 I will pay personal income taxes on the profits made. This will make accounting
much simpler.
 With having a sole proprietorship, I can also deduct my business losses to the
extent of my total income that I may have from all sources.

Target Market: My target market will be to anyone who enjoys Chicharon and
Cucumbers, but I will mainly target people grade 7 to SHS, both male and female, and
who are of the working class.

Market Strategy: We will do as much as we can to get our business name known
throughout LyJaZel Company. We plan to make a flyers to give the students that have
our business name, email, and address. We will have reasonable prices, but they will not
be too high or too low.
