Dear Mr. Konte,

As you are aware this office has decided not to move forward with your Civil Rights claim. We were paid a flat fee of $5,000.00
made in separate payments directly to our Firm's account. We also received several binders of files to review in preparation of
your claim. Fair cost of reviewing documentation, legal research, consulting with you on several occasions and drafting a
lawsuit [(at a discounted rate of $250.00 p/h) approximately eight (8) hours for a total of $2,000.00]. While we understand you
are not satisfied with the work performed, your dissatisfaction does not absolve you of the responsibility to pay for services
rendered.

Accordingly, said amount will be deducted from the payment submitted and the balance will be forwarded to your last know
address along with a. copy of your file. We have repeatedly ask you to provide a preferred address for shipment of your file
and check. You have requested this office turn over the file to a former firm volunteer, Marsha Armstrong, which we will not
do. You have also requested we wire your refund to your account which we are willing to do if you provide an account and
routing number. I am available to speak to you directly concerning this matter at your request. The aforementioned items and
check will be forward by close of business Friday July 26, 2019.
