    It is certify that sum of rupees 20184/- on account of Income Tax has been deducted from Mr. Hasnain
    Kashif, Lecturer, Electrical Engineering, having CINC # 36104-5363902-3 or National Tax # on
    monthly basis during the period from July 01, 2015 to June 30, 2016 under section 165 read with section
    149 of income tax ordinance 2001 on account of pay and allowances vide monthly payroll on value of
    annual salary Rupees 941348 (Gross amount on which tax deducted and collected).

    It is further certifying that the tax collected/deducted has been deposited in the Federal Government
    account on monthly basis along with all employees of CIIT.
