 奖学⾦金金申请须知
SCHOLARSHIP

1. 奖学⾦金金⽣生原则上不不得变更更学习专业及学习期限。
In principle, Scholarship students cannot change major or study period.
2. 须按照学校规定的时间办理理报到注册⼿手续。未经批准⽽而逾期不不报到者，按⾃自动放弃学籍处理理，
所获得奖学⾦金金资格亦⾃自动取消。保留留⼊入学资格者，不不保留留奖学⾦金金资格；
Scholarship students should register at the university in due time. Those who being unable
to register in time without permission will be regarded as giving up both the admission to
the university and the scholarship. For those who apply to reserve the admission and delay
the enrollment, the scholarship shall not be saved.
3. 奖学⾦金金⽣生必须参加每年年两次的奖学⾦金金评审，考核内容包括学习成绩、出勤勤情况、⾏行行为表现、参
与活动等。学期评审不不合格者，将视其情节予以书⾯面警告⾄至终⽌止奖学⾦金金处分。年年度评审不不合格者，
将依照各类奖学⾦金金年年度评审办法给予中⽌止或取消奖学⾦金金。
Scholarship students are required to attend the annual assessment twice a year. If you fail
the review, the scholarship will be suspended for the next year or even cancelled.
4. 中国政府奖学⾦金金⽣生因患病需要休学者，应回国休养。经批准后，奖学⾦金金资格最多保留留⼀一年年，休
学期间停发奖学⾦金金⽣生活费，不不享受免费住房。
CSC scholarship students could apply for suspension of study for no longer than one year for
sickness, according to the Students’ Status Administration Regulations of ECNU. Once the
application is approved, the free accommodation and monthly allowance will be suspended
as well.
上海海市政府奖学⾦金金和孔⼦子学院奖学⾦金金⽣生若休学，不不保留留奖学⾦金金资格。
For Shanghai Government Scholarship or Confucius Institute Scholarship students who
apply for suspension of study, the scholarship will be terminated.
5. 奖学⾦金金⽣生因个⼈人原因休学、退学或受接收院校纪律律处分者，停发⾃自休学、退学或接到处分通知之
⽇日起的⽣生活费。
Scholarship students who suspend study or drop out of school for personal reasons, or who
are given disciplinary punishment by the host institutions, allowance will be terminated on
the date of such suspension, dropping out or when the decision of such punishment is
announced.

The result of your application will be announced both in your application account and on the
bulletin of International Students’ Office website.
录取学⽣生须严格按照录取通知书上规定的时间来校办理理报到注册⼿手续，报到时将核验毕业证书、学
位证书原件。未取得相应证书者，将被取消⼊入学资格。
Admitted students must bring the original graduation certificate and degree certificate

to register on the dates listed on the admission letter. Your enrollment will be canceled without
providing the relevant certificates.

 申请材料料 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
1. 申请表 Application Form

* 奖学⾦金金申请者请同时提交华师⼤大申请表和奖学⾦金金申请表
Scholarship applicants MUST provide both ECNU application form and scholarship application form.

2. 毕业证书及学位证书（应届毕业⽣生需提供预计毕业证明）

Certificate of Bachelor's Degree and Diploma（Graduating students should provide a certificate of impending graduation. ）
3. 成绩单 Official Transcript

* 2 & 3的原件必须是中⽂文或英⽂文。如果不不是，请提供经公证的中⽂文或英⽂文翻译件。

* The original copy of 2 & 3 must be in Chinese or English with official stamps of the university or authorized educational institute or
notarized copy in notarized Chinese or English translation.

4. 来华学习（或研究）计划，中⽂文或英⽂文，不不少于800字。
A study or research plan ( in Chinese or in English, no less than 800 words)

5. 本科毕业论⽂文摘要部分（⾮非必须提交） The ABSTRACT of Undergraduate thesis. (Non essential)

6. 教授或副教授的推荐信 2封 Recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors

7. 护照复印件（包括个⼈人信息⻚页和所有中国签证⻚页）

Photocopy Passport, including personal information page and Chinese visa pages (if you have)

8. 6个⽉月内的体检报告 Physical Examination Report done in 6 months

9. 中⽂文授课项⽬目：HSK 5级证书（210分及以上）
Chinese-taught Program: HSK 5 certificate (≥210)

英⽂文授课项⽬目：TOEFL（80分及以上）、IELTS（6 分及以上）或其他国际承认的英⽂文⽔水平证明

English-taught Program: TOEFL (≥80), IELTS (≥6) or other internationally acknowledgeable English level certificate

如参加TOEFL考试，可以选择直接将成绩发送到华东师范⼤大学，华东师范⼤大学代码为C304。

If you choose to take TOEFL exam, you can send the result to ECNU directly on TOEFL exam system, by selecting the Institution code: C304.

10. 申请汉语国际教育硕⼠士的学⽣生还需提供 Applicants for Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages should Add:
（1）HSKK证书（中级或⾼高级60分以上）HSKK （Intermediate or Advanced ≥ 60 ）
（2）⼀一篇与汉语国际教育专业相关的⼩小论⽂文（1000字左右）
An Essay related to the major （around 1000words）
11. 申请学习艺术类专业的学⽣生须提交本⼈人作品。Applicants for Art related majors should provide your portfolio.
12. 申请费 Application Fee：800 RMB.

奖学⾦金金申请者务必同时在奖学⾦金金⽹网站申请并提交纸质材料料（⼀一式两份），不不接受电⼦子邮件或传真递交。
Scholarship applicants MUST apply on both the scholarship website and ECNU website. Also, you MUST submit TWO SETs of full
documents required in hard copies (original ones plus photocopy). Materials sent by email or fax are not accepted.

All files will not be returned back. Any incompletion and falsification of documents will be regarded as invalid application.
