    Greetings!

    It is my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Ms. Maria Christine Sia-Posas (Maria
    Christine B. Sia) as she seeks employment in your organization. As Maria Christine's sole direct
    supervisor at CRS, I've worked closely with her over the past three years, sharing the same
    community and office space the majority of the time. Maria Christine showed adequate
    communication skills and consistently exceeded organization targets.

    Part of her major tasks include teaching and mentoring our marginal women beneficiaries in
    acquiring higher knowledge and imbibing better skills in Savings Internal Lending Communities
    (SILC), Financial Literacy, Social Entrepreneurship and Business Management based on
    Ecological Solid Waste Management (SWM Livelihoods).

    As her immediate supervisor, Maria Christine is very dedicated to her work, very effective,
    efficient and industrious. She works really fast and gets to thejob immediately once the instruction
    is received. She consults her supervisor and approaches colleagues and team members to ensure
    proper coordination of work, schedule and tasking. Her performance is often exemplary, very
    dependable and efficient.

    On a personal level, she's charismatic and well- spoken, both qualities that have served her well
    in her role both as a friend and dependable colleague here at CRS.

    In closing, I'd like to restate my strong support for Maria Christine Sia-Posas (Maria Christine B.
