Good day to you!

The organization to propose our project "CSNHS: Cleaning together

makes the school better", It is a general cleaning to promote the
cleanliness of the surrounding and the unity of the people
involve. The target place of this project is the classrooms and
the campus premises. This will be held during the second Friday
of the week of each month.

It will be facilitating first hand of our committee, we are going

to gather all of the representatives in order for us to
disseminate this said project. Together with the representatives
of each grade level. They will assist all of the president and
vice-president of each section they’re handling. The president
and vice president of the class will be the one who facilitate
their section in cleaning not only their room but also the
outside part of it including the corridor, stairs, back part etc.

We hope that you will approve this proposal. For this project is
aiming for the cleanliness of the room, the school and the unity
of the people who will get involve of this project.

PROJECT SUMMARY

We all want to live in a clean and healthy environment but

before we can come up with that situation we need to discipline
ourselves first. Cleaning together makes the school better. This
project assured the cleanliness of every room, school premises
and the proper waste segregation. Since now a days student
doesn’t have the proper knowledge in cleaning, we want to share
our knowledge to all. We want them to apply that knowledge in the
execution of this said project.

We will make necessary steps to take away our campus from

being polluted. Students from Grade 7-12 are allowed to
participate to this project. The outcome of this project will
benefit not only the school but also us, the student. We want to
properly practice the cleanliness of the school every day. We
also want to encourage everyone to clean and properly dispose
their garbage all the time. Even though there is only allotted
time for this project we want everyone to see that the outcome is
not only temporary but it must be permanent.

The school has a problem regarding the execution of the

cleanliness. So our organization is proposing for a project that
will help the school in terms of the cleanliness. We have an
action and solution to improve the betterment of the school.

Objectives

 To enhance the knowledge of the students in protecting and

renewing the environment.

 To spread awareness in protecting our school from being

polluted.

 To implement the proper health and sanitation practices.

 To provide the recycling solutions.

 To provide cleanliness of the school.

Project Justification

As we noticed,our school now a days has a chance to become a polluted like our small pond
nearest to the student plaza.Some student throw garbage there and it is harmful to every one
because there's a lot of disease that we can get.

Therefore the purpose of general cleaning in our school is to help for the improvement of
school environment as well as to maintain the cleanliness and to practice every student to be
careful,discipline and to cooperate in our organization which aimed to have a safe and clean
school

Project Implementation

For this project to be implemented we are going to gathered all

the committees in charge for us to disseminate the information to
all the students and for us also to give seminar in proper
practice of cleaning the school. In this way we can update the
entire student in the necessary changes of plan in the project.
We would get the budget through solicitation in every section.
That budget is allotted in buying the needed materials.

Implementation of this project will start at the opening of the

school year, up until the school year ends. The entire student
must be actively involved in cleaning their rooms and the
premises of the school. The president or vice-president of their
class will monitor their class and must report to us who are
actively cleaning. At the time we would get the report we are
going to give feedback and vice versa. In order for this project
to work we are willing to hear out suggestions to make the
project better.

Grade 11 Grade 11 will be assign in CR and

AFTERNOON Canteen area.

Grade 12 Grade 12 will be assign in Gabaldon,

library and faculty.

Budget

With the help of the facilitators, we solicit in every room

by year level of the students in Camarines Sur National High
School. Asking for their voluntary help, with that we have obtained enough
money to funded our needed materials. We will collect in every first week of the first month of
the implementation project. If we gathered recyclable materials that can sell to the junk shop,
the money that we will have will be the fund that we will use in the next month of the project.

The given materials will be use in cleaning the rooms and school premises. The
transportational fare are for paying the junk shop services in collecting the recyclable materials.

Monitoring and Evaluation

This section addresses regular cleaning, helps school assess

and improve their operations and maintain programs for their
facilities. To monitor and evaluate this activity we need to set
a time to look around and observe if the given task will
continuously and perform well by the students.

In order for us to monitor and evaluate our project we will conduct a survey for us to see
what would be the outcome of our project. In this way we can improve our ways in
implementing this project.
