COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

The parties herein reached an amicable settlement and reduced into a compromise
agreement to read as follows;

1. That Vertex Digital Technology Inc., will pay/give the total amount of Twenty-two
Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty-six Pesos (Php. 22,846.00) to Angeline D.S
Garaño;
2. That after Angeline D.S Garaño receive the certain amount of money, she will no
longer work to the Vertex Digital Technology Inc.,;
3. That Angeline D.S Garaño will no longer take any further actions after she
receive the money.
4. That parties are reminded to faithfully comply to the terms and conditions of the
compromise agreement;
5. That this compromise agreement is not contrary to law, good customs public
policy, and public order.

2. That after Leslie A. Dela Cruz receive the certain amount of money, she will no
longer work to the Vertex Digital Technology Inc.,;
3. That Leslie A. Dela Cruz will no longer take any further actions after she receive
the money.
4. That parties are reminded to faithfully comply to the terms and conditions of the
compromise agreement;
5. That this compromise agreement is not contrary to law, good customs public
policy, and public order.
