Below is a short list of items to check while completing or grading a Math Studies IA
project. This is not a comprehensive list; therefore, the criteria in the IA packet should
be referenced before a final copy is submitted.

Hypotheses are correct/right density curve/right conclusion
All math done correctly
All math is used in a meaningful way
Criterion D:
Consistent conclusions restated from Criterion C
Reasons for the results
Criterion E:
Addresses whether appropriate mathematics was used
Addresses sources of error/lurking variables
Makes a suggestion for improvement/extension
Criterion F:
Transitions & flow/reads well
Math is completed in the right order
Focused and contains only relevant discussions
Bibliography
Criterion G:
Terminology and notation are used correctly
