Dear Mr. & Mrs. Onasco:

We are the retained counsel of Spouses Eleazar and Teresa Almalbis, who are the
registered owner of Lot 2535-C situated in Brgy. Loctugan, Roxas City, which you
are presently occupying upon tolerance or our client.

Per Kasugtanan sa Barangay, you undertake to vacate the area on or before

February 28, 2019 but despite the lapse of time you failed and refused to make
good of your _________. Here, last and final demand is hereby made upon you to
vacate the subject area within thirty (30) days upon receipt of this demand. Failure
on your part to do so, we will be constrained to file legal actions against you in
court.
