case of SDFO Sabroom manual removal of sand is proposed in the mining plan.

towards creation of riverbank plantation at Kakulia, this is to inform you that, in the riverbank plantation
70 nos. of bamboo jhungra were destroyed by unknown persons. After which, the Undersigned had
personally visited the site to inspect & accordingly, RO Kakulia had lodged an FIR to the nearest PS to
book the culprit. However, no information had been received by me from thereon. Later RO Kakulia is
directed to replace thse 70 nos. of plants by bamboo rhizome.
Now, in c/w the floating of e-tender, it is a fact that the same is still yet to be started by SDFO
Bagafa.
Subsequently, regarding the press clipping dated: 18.01.2019, the Undersigned had earlier submitted
a report to FHQ on the requirement of staffs and fund for the up-keepment & maintainance of BBMU
Chottakhola, vide letter No.F.5-8/DFO(S)/BBMU/Part/For-2016/12815-817, dated: 06.01.2018. Due to
the shortage of staffs & fund, it could not be maintained properly as per the requirement, which the
Undersigned had also felt during my personal visit.

in performing his duties. Due to which, he has been placed under deputation from O/o the SDFO, Bagafa
to the Office of the Undersigned, as he was indulged in the same back there. Recently, last month
(January, 2019) his salary was being upheld due to his unruliness in performing government duties.
Further, the Undersigned had also not forwarded any representation of Sri. Gobinda Das Baishnab, LDC
to FHQ. So, the same shall not be entertained if it not through proper channel.

For SN (b) There are no elephant corridors under South Tripura District. Hence, no comments.
For SN (C) Signage should be erected along the road in the wild animal habitat area.
For SN (D) Public awareness campaigns have to be organized. Any illegal connection should be
informed to TSECL. Regular patrolling need to be conducted to check if any trap/live electric wire exist
inside /boundary of the Sanctuary area.
For SN (E) The said species is not found under Tripura. Hence, no comments.
