Position: Executive Central Operations

Qualification: Any graduate


Experience: 0 – 1 yrs

Role Ops executive is responsible for monitoring more than one station from operations and
compliance point of view in coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders. The
job requires someone who has a larger picture of customer experience in mind and a high
willingness to take ownership. The job requires a person who has skills in identifying patterns
and ability to scrutinize details and foresee the implications of the data. The job also requires
him to be organized.

Responsibilities:

• Complete Vendor Management


• Handling Invoicing activity.
• Communicating with vendors for invoices.
• Ensuring onboarding of associates/vendors
• Resource planning and building operating plans
• Continuously refine processes to achieve continuous improvement
• Coordinate with station/hub to achieve objectives
• Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation and updating the same
• Ensure adherence to processes, ensure that all elements of the delivery are
coordinated to meet customer requirements in a timely manner
• Provides proactive communications and solutions for issues to the stations/hubs

Skill-set:

• Must be able to multi-task, managing multiple sites simultaneously


• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and stake holder management skills
• Ability to work in both team and individual settings
• Well versed with Microsoft office
