1. Reference: Memo from OIC, RPRMD dated May 29, 2019 with subject
Explanation.

2. In connection of the above reference, please be informed that the

undersigned attended the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony last May 27, 2019,
but unfortunately, was not able to join the first round of rehearsal. Further, the
undersigned was also able to attend the second and final round of rehearsals before the
said ceremony started. (Attached is a copy of list of names from the office of RHSD who
were marked late on the said date.
