To Whom It May Concern,

It is with the deepest regret that I tender my resignation as Sales Staff / Encoder in the
DBTIC 19:13 CO. I will ensure that all my tasks are completed and assist in any way
possible to ensure a smooth handover to my replacement.

On a more personal note, let me express my gratitude for the wonderful opportunities
for professional growth and development you have provided. Working here for almost 2
years has been incredibly instrumental in my personal growth and I will never forget the
colleagues and friends I have made here.

I have learned so much and your guidance and mentorship have been invaluable.
Working as Sales Staff / Encoder was a particular highlight and provided me with one of
the satisfying experiences of my career.

I enjoyed here in the company, It has been both a rewarding and memorable
experience. In this career, I have also learned much about myself. I realized that I made
a great choice.

With great dismay I must give my resignation letter and with much respect. I have
appreciated the opportunity that was given to me. Hopefully, I will be replaced by
someone with the same passion for paper works, knowledge and teaching that I had.
