18th of day January, 2018 at 2:08 pm I was never served a summons or complaint by a person known as Darren
Pinder

I learned of the false service of a Summons on an unknown person using the name Mr Marvin living at my
address on April 26, 2018 from the Clerk’s Office located at 141 Livingston Street Brooklyn 3RD floor.

There is no one by the name Mr Marvin living in my apartment – there is no one by the name of Mr Marvin
residing in my building located at 1108 Dean Street, Brooklyn 11216
