Terms & Conditions – redONE App

The redONE App Service ("hereinafter referred to as “redONE App") is brought to you by Red One Pte Ltd. (Business Reg.
No. 201615371-H) (hereinafter referred to as “redONE”) and provided to you subject to the Terms and Conditions set out
herein. These Terms and Conditions for redONE App are between redONE and you. Your use of redONE App, redONE
Selfcare and/or redONE website shall constitute your binding acceptance of all of the Terms and Conditions of this
Agreement.

1. Introduction
redONE App is a self-serve application whereby it allows you to access your redONE general account information such
as pay bills, purchase mobile Internet quota upgrades, track your usage, manage your account information, and more,
through your mobile device & is provided subject to redONE’s Terms & Conditions. Each of these features may be
changed by redONE from time to time and as updated in the redONE App. Please refer to

2. Use and Disclosure of Information

By accessing the redONE App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as mentioned above. To enable us
to provide the redONE App to you, we will need to process and use your personal information/data. You expressly
authorize and consent that redONE may process and use your personal information data for purposes necessary and
related to redONE provision of redONE App services to you. Further details of redONE use and processing of your personal
information data is in accordance with redONE Privacy Statement at http://www.redone.com.sg/legal/privacy_policy,
which shall form an integral part of these redONE Apps Terms and Conditions. You shall update redONE as and when your
personal information data provided earlier to redONE becomes incorrect or out of date, through the redONE Privacy
Centre as set out in redONE Privacy Statement. "Personal information/data" includes your information collected from you
which is required for purposes of applying and registering for and provision of the redONE App to you, including but not
limited to, any sensitive personal data and expression of opinion(s) about you.

3. Your Responsibilities
When you evaluate the devices that are to be used in redONE App, you should make sure that you understand the
features and capabilities of the devices. Not all devices support the same configuration options, and some devices may
not support all features or versions of redONE App. Please check the compatibility of your device prior to using redONE
App.

Certain features of redONE App may require the input of your email address/online ID, and password registered in redONE
Selfcare application. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your applicable account
information, including your password, email address/online ID, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account
and/or for all the activities related to redONE App. redONE will not be liable for any damage, loss or leakage of the data
or information resulting from unauthorized use of redONE App or due to circumstances beyond redONE's control.

4. Confirmation
You represent and agree that all information you provide to redONE in connection with the Selfcare registration to access
the redONE App ("Registration Data") will be true, accurate, complete and current information and that you shall maintain
and update the Registration Data as needed throughout the period of your use of redONE App to keep it accurate and
current.

5. Suspension and Termination

Failure to provide accurate, current and complete Registration Data may result in the suspension and/or termination of
your access to redONE App without prior notice or liability, including without limitation.

6. Your Use of the Service

Certain features of redONE App may require access to location services such as the cellular network & data connection
in order to determine an approximate location of your mobile device. You may exercise choices in respect of the features
of redONE App as contained in the settings of redONE App. Kindly refer to those features on your mobile application. Any
data retrieval or re-direction to other websites from redONE App will incur mobile data charges. If you use redONE App
overseas, additional roaming & mobile data charges will apply. For more information on international roaming & charges,

You expressly understand & agree that your use of the redONE App is at your own risk & that redONE App is provided on
an "AS IS" & "AS AVAILABLE" basis & we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including,
but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose & non-infringement and/or that the redONE App will be free from loss,
corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking or other security intrusion or that redONE App will be affected by
unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond redONE's control.

redONE and its related and affiliated corporations shall not be liable to you or your agents for any loss or injury or any
direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract,
negligence or in tort, you and/or any third party may suffer as a result of instructions or transactions transmitted via redONE

 App after successful authentication whether or not such usage was authorised by you and/or arising out of or in
connection with the redONE App and/or your or any other party's access and/or use of redONE App.

7. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold redONE and its related and affiliated corporations harmless from and against
all claims or demands, losses and/or damages relating to or arising out of:
a. your and/or third party (whether or not authorised by you) usage of redONE App;
b. any violation by you of redONE Apps Terms and Conditions; or
c. your violation of any rights of another through your usage of redONE App.

8. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

redONE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove in whole or part of this Terms and
Conditions, redONE Selfcare and redONE websites, at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the current
and latest version of the Terms and Conditions for redONE App, redONE Selfcare and redONE websites to acquire notice
of any such changes. Your continued access into and usage of the redONE App shall be construed as you having
accepted all such changes. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, accept
these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Terms
and Conditions, then you may not use the redONE Service or consume any of its Content. All matters & disputes will be
subjected to our final decision.

9. Feedback and Information

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. redONE shall be free to use such
information on an unrestricted basis.
