The redONE App Service ("hereinafter referred to as “redONE App") is brought to you by Red One Pte Ltd. (Business Reg.
No. 201615371-H) (hereinafter referred to as “redONE”) and provided to you subject to the Terms and Conditions set out
herein. These Terms and Conditions for redONE App are between redONE and you. Your use of redONE App, redONE
Selfcare and/or redONE website shall constitute your binding acceptance of all of the Terms and Conditions of this
Agreement.
1. Introduction
redONE App is a self-serve application whereby it allows you to access your redONE general account information such
as pay bills, purchase mobile Internet quota upgrades, track your usage, manage your account information, and more,
through your mobile device & is provided subject to redONE’s Terms & Conditions. Each of these features may be
changed by redONE from time to time and as updated in the redONE App. Please refer to
https://www.redone.com.sg/legal/terms_and_conditions for the latest version of redONE’s Terms and Conditions.
3. Your Responsibilities
When you evaluate the devices that are to be used in redONE App, you should make sure that you understand the
features and capabilities of the devices. Not all devices support the same configuration options, and some devices may
not support all features or versions of redONE App. Please check the compatibility of your device prior to using redONE
App.
Certain features of redONE App may require the input of your email address/online ID, and password registered in redONE
Selfcare application. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your applicable account
information, including your password, email address/online ID, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account
and/or for all the activities related to redONE App. redONE will not be liable for any damage, loss or leakage of the data
or information resulting from unauthorized use of redONE App or due to circumstances beyond redONE's control.
4. Confirmation
You represent and agree that all information you provide to redONE in connection with the Selfcare registration to access
the redONE App ("Registration Data") will be true, accurate, complete and current information and that you shall maintain
and update the Registration Data as needed throughout the period of your use of redONE App to keep it accurate and
current.
You expressly understand & agree that your use of the redONE App is at your own risk & that redONE App is provided on
an "AS IS" & "AS AVAILABLE" basis & we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including,
but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose & non-infringement and/or that the redONE App will be free from loss,
corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking or other security intrusion or that redONE App will be affected by
unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond redONE's control.
redONE and its related and affiliated corporations shall not be liable to you or your agents for any loss or injury or any
direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract,
negligence or in tort, you and/or any third party may suffer as a result of instructions or transactions transmitted via redONE

App after successful authentication whether or not such usage was authorised by you and/or arising out of or in
connection with the redONE App and/or your or any other party's access and/or use of redONE App.
7. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold redONE and its related and affiliated corporations harmless from and against
all claims or demands, losses and/or damages relating to or arising out of:
a. your and/or third party (whether or not authorised by you) usage of redONE App;
b. any violation by you of redONE Apps Terms and Conditions; or
c. your violation of any rights of another through your usage of redONE App.
