Requirements:
Age 45 below, physically fit, with Medical Certificate and Allowed by the Principal

July 19, 2019- Deadline of submission of Documents for Municipal Athletic Meet

July 22 & 23, 2019- Municipal Screening of Documents

July 22 (Day 1) Screening of Documents
July 23 (Day 2) Submission of Documents for Compl;etion til 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm onward is
deliberation and announcement for qualified and disqualified athletes.

July 24, 2019- Solidarity Meeting

July 25, 26 & 27, 2019- Municipal Athletic Meet

August 15, 2019- Deadline of Submission of Documents for Division Athletic Meet
Elementary: San Juan Elementary School c/o Carlito G.Ojascastro, Jr.
Secondary: Simona National High School c/o Carl Larson C. Cervitillo

August 19-23, 2019- Pre-Screening of Documents for 2019 Division Athletic Meet

August 26-30, 2019- Completion of Documents for 2019 Division Athletic Meet
