Collecting mushrooms might seem like a strange pastime, but it is very popular in many
countries, especially in Eastern Europe. You need to be careful about which mushrooms
you pick, but this is a fun way of spending time.

Preparation

1. If It is Autumn season, go out in the mornings to collect.

2. Look for fresh mushrooms into the forests. Pick them that are near the trees.
3. Wear suitable warm jacket and pants. Take a pair of good boots in case you don´t
know the place you are going to pick mushrooms.
4. Check the weather forecast.

5. Be careful with poisons insects, and dangerous animals surrounding the area.
6. Always go with an expert. Only pick mushrooms you know.
7 Don’t get lost! Never walk far away alone.
8 Protect environment. Don´t throw away litter.

At home

9. Eat or freeze mushrooms if you want to enjoy the fresh tasty.

recipes for mushrooms.
