This document provides a rubric for evaluating a musical performance across 6 categories: vocals, presentation, memorization, rhythm, expression, and reverence. Each category is rated on a scale of 4 to 1, with 4 being the highest score for being on key, well prepared, fully memorized, having a good rhythmic style and tempo, being engaged, and doing the song justice. Lower scores are given for being off key, unprepared, not knowing the song, having an uneven or overdone tempo, being unenthused, and giving a bad performance overall.
